Muses Consulting Studio · Effective 25 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Muses Consulting Studio ("Muses", "we", "us") collects from creators, campus ambassadors and applicants, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
It covers our recruitment and campaign operations: advertising forms, text message conversations, scheduling, and the campaigns we run for our clients. If you have any question about this policy, contact us at waqas@musesconsultingstudio.com.
1. Who we are
Muses Consulting Studio, having its principal place of business at 8 The Green, Ste R, City of Dover, County of Kent, Delaware 19901, United States. We are a creator marketing agency. We recruit and manage content creators and campus ambassadors for marketing campaigns run on behalf of our clients.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
Contact details: your name, mobile number, email address, and the city or campus you are based at.
Application details: the organisations you are involved with, your role in them, their approximate size, and anything else you tell us when we ask about your suitability for a programme.
Social accounts: the links or handles you send us for your TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts.
Messages: the content of text conversations between you and us, including messages handled by our automated assistant.
Scheduling: the time you book for a call and the details you enter when booking.
Payment details: if you join a programme, the account information needed to pay you, which is handled by the campaign platform rather than stored by us.
Information we collect from other sources
Advertising platforms. When you submit a form attached to one of our ads, Meta passes us the answers you gave along with which campaign, ad set and form you came from.
Public social media. We look at the public profiles you send us, including follower counts and the view, like, comment and share figures on your recent public posts, to assess whether your content fits a campaign. We only ever look at information that is already public. We do not access private accounts and we do not ask for your passwords.
Campaign platforms. If you join a programme, the platform running it reports your posts and their performance back to us so we can track deliverables and pay bonuses.
3. Text messages
This section matters most, so it is stated plainly.
We text you only if you gave a mobile number through one of our forms and agreed to be contacted by text. If you did not agree, we do not text you.
Some of our messages are sent by an automated assistant. It identifies itself as automated in its first message. A person on our team can read the conversation and take over at any point.
Message frequency varies with the stage you are at. Expect a handful during recruitment, and roughly daily during an active campaign.
Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. That opt out is permanent and applies across every Muses campaign, not just the one you were contacted about. Reply HELP for help.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
We currently text US and Canadian numbers only.
4. Why we use your information
To contact you about a creator or campus ambassador programme you enquired about.
To work out whether you are a fit, which includes reviewing the public performance of your content and what you tell us about your campus involvement.
To arrange and remind you about calls.
To run a campaign with you: sending briefs, tracking deliverables, chasing missed posts and answering your questions.
To pay you and to keep the records that payment requires.
To keep records of consent and opt outs, so we can show who agreed to what and honour requests to stop.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what each recipient needs to do its job.
Service providers who run parts of our operation: Meta (advertising and lead forms), our SMS provider, our workflow automation provider, our internal messaging tool, our scheduling tool, our spreadsheet and file storage provider, and the campaign platform that tracks posts and issues payments.
Clients whose campaigns you work on, where a campaign requires it. This is normally your name, your social handles and your deliverables, not your phone number or address.
Authorities or advisers where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead anywhere: 12 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.
Records of people who worked with us, including payment records: 7 years, which is the period tax record keeping requires.
Opt out records: kept indefinitely. We have to remember that you asked us to stop in order to keep honouring it. This is the one record that deleting would harm you.
7. Your choices and your rights
Stop messages: reply STOP to any text.
Ask what we hold: email us and we will tell you.
Correct it: tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and where it came from, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front. To exercise any right, email us at the address above. We will ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address or phone number we already hold.
9. How to delete your data
Email waqas@musesconsultingstudio.com with the subject line Delete my data, from the email address or phone number you gave us.
We will delete your contact details, your application answers, the social accounts you sent us, and our message history with you. We aim to complete this within 30 days and will confirm when it is done.
Two things we keep even after a deletion request: a record that you opted out, if you did, so we do not contact you again by mistake; and payment records we are legally required to retain if you worked with us and were paid.
10. Age
Our programmes are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We limit access to your information to the people on our team who need it, and we rely on established providers for storage and messaging. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store passwords for your social accounts and we never ask for them.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly.
